The Usage Meter module is used to view storage limits and actual storage usage both within the context of the current dashboard and the personal storage of the interactive user.

 

This module functions within the standard role-based security inheritance chain described in the tab designer topic.  Administrative users can configure additional module settings by clicking the  button.

 

Usage is reported in units of megabytes and there is a color coded bar that indicates percentage used.  The bar will show green if there is significant storage available, yellow as limits approach, and red if limits have been met or exceeded.  Dashboard storage limits are configured by a member of the Site Administrators role through the Dashboard Manager module.  Personal storage limits are configured by administrative users through the Profile Editor.  Content stored in the Image, Document, and File Viewer modules is counted against this space allocation.  Content stored in pasUnity Matrix modules is stored outside the system is accounted for separately.
