Excel Workbook Mapping Provider Options

pasTransfer has the ability to aggregate mapping data from two mappings.  This allows for the development of a core mapping representing corporate accounts and also allows individual properties or business units the ability to extend or override those values.  For more information see Advanced Mapping Settings.

Global Mapping: This mapping contains the core account mappings.

Browse: Click this button to locate your mapping file.

Open File: Click this button to open the specified mapping file.

Local Mapping: This optional mapping contains account mappings which are specific to the property or business unit.

Browse: Click this button to locate your mapping file.

Open File: Click this button to open the specified mapping file.

Excel: Click this button to create a new mapping spreadsheet.

NOTE: Always use the Excel button to create a new mapping spreadsheet.  The created spreadsheet contains hidden named regions that pasTransfer looks for when reading data.  The first two lines of each spreadsheet should never be removed or edited. The first line contains column headers which the application uses to locate data elements. The second line contains "dummy" data that is used to describe data formats to the application.  If desired, you may add your own columns for reference purposes.  Any added column headers must contain characters only - no spaces.
