The XML module allows users to display the contents of static XML documents after rendering them into HTML markup through the use of XSLT stylesheets.

This module functions within the standard role-based security inheritance chain described in the tab designer topic. Administrative users can configure additional module settings by clicking the button.

Users with Read permissions on the tab have the ability to view the transformed XML.

Users with Edit permissions can change the XML and XSLT values. Click the button to open the editor and supply values for the following attributes:

•XML File: This is the full path and name of the XML file using application-relative URL notation to access XML files in folder in the ~/Uploads folder structure.

•XSL File: This is the full path and name of an XSL or XSLT transformation file using application-relative URL notation to access XML files in folder in the ~/Uploads folder structure.

NOTE: Only administrative users can place XML files on the storage system for use with this module.
