Description
Sets the casing of each character in the supplied string to lowercase, if applicable.
Arguments
1.Lower - Name of the Macro.
2.String - The string to manipulate.
Examples
[Lower|ThE CAt iN thE HAt]
Returns "the cat in the hat".
Notes
Useful when doing comparisons that are case sensitive.
