Operating System Requirements

 

•Windows Server 2016 RTM or higher

•Windows Server 2019 RTM or higher

•Windows Server 2022 RTM or higher

•Windows Server 2025 RTM or higher

•ARM and Itanium processors are not supported.

 

Database Server Requirements

 

•SQL Server 2017 Standard/Enterprise RTM or higher

•SQL Server 2019 Standard/Enterprise RTM or higher

 

Software Requirements

 

•Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 or higher is required to run pasGuard.

•It is critical that the latest Windows Updates and Microsoft .NET framework updates are applied (these can be detected from Windows Update)

 

Security Requirements

 

•Normal user access is required to run the administration tools.

•Local administrative access is required to install the UI.

 

Networking Requirements

 

•Internet connectivity to licensing.pasportal.com via secure HTTPS connection on TCP port 443 using the TLS cryptographic protocol and X.509 certificates is required for license code activation.
