Lookup Worksheet Management




After a lookup has been downloaded to a workbook, the worksheet is flagged as a Lookup Worksheet and several options become available, allowing for easy management of the lookup that is stored within the pasPortal.


Validate Lookup - The validate lookup option will scan the lookup worksheet to ensure that it meets the requirements for the lookup.


Upload Lookup - The upload lookup option will perform a lookup worksheet validation.  Once successfully validated, pasFusion will communicate with the pasPortal to verify the lookup is not currently checked out.  The lookup worksheet will then be uploaded to the pasPortal and will become immediately available.


Refresh Lookup - The refresh lookup option will reset the lookup worksheet from the pasPortal.  Any changes will be lost.
